Ask Mercy is a Undertale fanfic is the form of a Ask blog created by Tumblr user Sai-Shou.
The plot, set multiple years after an Undertale Genocide run, concerns Chara (a female in this adaptation), who had previously been constantly been fighting everyone, Frisks included, being SAVEd by a Pacifist Frisk (also female), and moving in together as a couple at first, then married. They also live with Flowey, although this obviously takes some getting used to from Chara. They later adopt two children, Asriel and Caroline. .Ask Mercy contains examples of:
- Beware the Nice Ones: Chara admits that despite being a pacifist, Frisk is a surprisingly competent fighter when they spar.
- Chivalrous Pervert: While she does love Frisk, Chara has a tendency to catch her in compromising positions (i.e in the shower) or to do such things as sever Frisk's bra strap.
- Running Gag: Objects of various kinds being thrown. Mainly chocolate, but also including stuffed animals at one point. This annoys Chara to no end.
- Readers asking when they will get married, about their sex life, etc, flustering both.
- The Power of Love: Explicitly what allowed Frisk to SAVE Chara. By saying she wouldn't hurt her, and giving her a hug.
