Brad Taste In Music is a YouTube-based music reviewer, known for his music reviews, reactions, and livestreams. He initially gained attention for his video reacting to My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade, after which he expanded to full reviews, and reaction livestreams, in which audience members could pay for him to listen and rate a song of their choice. His rating system consists of (from best to worst): 10/10 (perfect), Smiley Ball (great/good), shrug (meh), Red Headphones (bad), and Soul-stealer (a song is so bad that he steals the artist's soul and condemns them to hell). There's also other one-off streams and sagas, such going through the entire Twenty One Pilots lore or forcing himself to listen to the same song over and over again, with each donation restarting the song.
He is also one of the most followed people on Album Of The Year
, on which he is often accused of causing rate-bombings whenever he reviews something negatively——or vice-versa when the review is positive. Users of the site call it the "Brad Effect" (The Needle Drop similarly has the "Fantano effect.")

Before, he stubbornly just kept reuploading them with only small changes, until he decided to disguise the reviews as apology videos, with vague titles and thumbnails of him making a stern face at the camera.
