"Hello, everyone, my name is Bradley, I have a Brad Taste In Music."

Brad Taste In Music is a YouTube-based music reviewer, known for his music reviews, reactions, and livestreams. He initially gained attention for his video reacting to My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade, after which he expanded to full reviews, and reaction livestreams, in which audience members could pay for him to listen and rate a song of their choice. His rating system consists of (from best to worst): 10/10 (perfect), Smiley Ball (great/good), shrug (meh), Red Headphones (bad), and Soul-stealer (a song is so bad that he steals the artist's soul and condemns them to hell). There's also other one-off streams and sagas, such going through the entire Twenty One Pilots lore or forcing himself to listen to the same song over and over again, with each donation restarting the song.

He is also one of the most followed people on Album Of The Year, on which he is often accused of causing rate-bombings whenever he reviews something negatively——or vice-versa when the review is positive. Users of the site call it the "Brad Effect" (The Needle Drop similarly has the "Fantano effect.")

He is also the world-famous rapper and recording artist known as Big Baller B, aka B Dizzle, with such classic songs such as "I Really Be Shootin' Civilians" and "My Gun At Yo' Son."

Brad Tropes In Music:

  • Author Appeal:
  • Addled Addict: Was open about his mental health and issues with substance abuse (abuse of marijuana and misuse of anti-psychotics). He's since stopped talking about it on the channel after several angry doxxers attempted to use this against him.
  • Arch-Nemesis: With Ronnie Radke of Falling in Reverse. Since Radke is such an awful person, Brad seems to find antagonizing him to be funny more than anything else.
  • Bait-and-Switch: His strategy against Ronnie Radke repeatedly taking down his reviews of Falling in Reverse albums. Before, he stubbornly just kept reuploading them with only small changes, until he decided to disguise the reviews as apology videos, with vague titles and thumbnails of him making a stern face at the camera. It worked.
  • Black Comedy: Brad enjoys this type of comedy——the fact that a gay YouTube Poop parody of the domestic violence bridge on Disturbed's "Down With The Sickness" is a staple of the soundboard should tell you enough.
  • Expy: Admits that he first started as a rip-off of The Needle Drop.
  • Incessant Music Madness: His livestreams in which he listens to a certain song he hates (such as "Thunder" by Imagine Dragons) and every donation restarts the song, so depending on the amount of donations, he could end up listening to it for hours on end.
  • N-Word Privileges: One example of when a chatter brought up that there was gay parody of "Rich Men North of Richmond" by Oliver Anthony Music, and he started to play it on stream——until the parody used the f-slur multiple times.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business:
    • Initially just hated Melanie Martinez's music for being tasteless and corny in tandem with her sexual assault allegations, but decided to go full throttle at her and her fanbase once he learned that her fanbase bullied her alleged sexual assault victim off of the internet. He made a very serious statement about it, and said that he would not stop reviewing her music or continue to support her victim no matter how much fans harassed him.
    • Was extremely disappointed in his chat when they began to say racist things in response to Japanese/Korean artists being played during livestreams.
  • Overly Long Gag: The animation on his livestream of the cops showing up, the police from Spongebob Squarepants beating him up, him getting put behind bars, and then Saul Goodman coming to defend him.
  • Punny Name: Brad Taste in Music.
  • Running Gag: His soundboard has soundbites from songs/artists he hates that have become running gags themselves.
    • Kid Rock: "DETROIT 'TILL I DIE, MOTHERFUCKER!" "I THINK I JUST SHIT MY PAAAAAAAANTS!" "AIN'T NOOOOOBODY GONNA TELL ME HOW TO LIIIIIIIIVE!"
    • AJR: "Oh my god, Jack... Play that back!" "I grew up on Disney, but this don't feel like Disney!"
    • Lukas Graham: "LUKAS GRAHAAAAAAAAAAM!"
    • Jim Jones & Ron Browz: "OOOOOOOOOOO WE POP CHAMPAGNE OOOOOOOO" "JUMPIN' OUT THE WINDOW WITH THIS ONE!"
    • Ronnie Radke: "MY LIFE IS LIKE A VIDEO GAME, TRYING HARD TO BEAT THE STAGE" "I LOST MY WAY AGAAAAAAIN THROUGH THE STOOOOOORM, THROUGH THE WIIIIIIIIND"
    • DJ Khaled: "WE THE BEST MUSIC!" "THEY AIN'T BELIEVE IN US! JUICE WRLD DID!"
  • Song Parody: His review for one of Lukas Graham's albums starts with a parody of "7 Years."
Once I was seven-years-old, I had to sell weed
Or else my mama said that she would kill me
    Once I was seven-years-old
I always had bad dreams, I never once was happy
I never got no gifts from Santa, life was always crappy
At eleven doing percs and selling dime-baggies
And when I was twelve, I had no choice, I had to kill my own daddy
Once I was eleven-years-old, my daddy told me that
I was a gangster just like him right before he died
    I was seven-years-old
  • Stylistic Suck: Big Baller B is this, in every sense of the word.
  • Sucks at Dancing: He admits this himself.

WE POP CHAMPAGNE OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
