Simjago is a Reality Show style playthrough of The Sims 4 involving Ninjago characters and OCs.

In addition to posting the general antics and goings-ons of the Monastery, there've been two story arcs so far:

Simjago: The Bachler: In which Lloyd attempts to find love by getting to know four lucky ladies.

The Quadruple Wedding: Exactly What It Says on the Tin, the residents attempt to marry four couples at once, but does the ceremony go off without a hitch or go up in flames?

There's also an upcoming major arc titled Simjago: Realm of Mayhem, set for an undetermined but (hopefully) soon starting date.

Simjago provides examples of:

  • Ageless Birthday Episode: Lloyd's birthday special, even Lampshaded by the caption saying how the residents "aren't sure how old he is".
  • Audience Participation: The four girls that move in for The Bachler are OCs of four viewers.
    • The viewers also helped to design and name Neverkitty.
  • Author Avatar: Quite literally, as Lily and Brittney are Self Inserts of the two showrunners.
  • Ash Face: Happens to Aiden when he blew up the stove, complete with his hair getting burnt off and some scarring. He gets better.
    • Later happens to Jay, when he managed to strike himself with his own lightning.
  • Back from the Dead: A few day after his death, Morro reappears as a ghost and offers to take everyone out for drinks.
  • Blooper Reel: One of these makes up an update during the wait for Realm of Mayhem.
  • Brick Joke: Building a ridiculous/luxurious addition to the house, only to go broke and fail to pay the bills.
    • Jay somehow ending up the breadwinner of the house.
    • The Mailbox Of Fulfilment
    • Stealing pets from Mystaké
    • BOND WITH THE BEES *cue stinging*
  • Crosses the Line Twice:
    • Wu looking absolutely giddy and freaking clapping at the death of his adopted son.
    • Morro being a therapist, and actually getting promotions.
    • Most of what happened over the Three Day's Bender.
    • Crystal getting a crush on a Peeping Tom.
  • Denser and Wackier: By virtue of being The Sims, there's way more opportunities for things to go hilariously sideways than in the Ninjago series proper.
  • Flowers of Romance: The guys each give their girls some home-grown flowers on Love Day, but they all end up hating the gift. (Well, all except Crystal.)
  • Fourth-Date Marriage: Taken to the extreme. Brittney x Kai and Lily x Cole each had three dates before being engaged, Jaya had two, with Pixane and Aestheticshipping each only had one.
  • Horror Hunger: As a result of the Ninja's current state, they must drink blood, er, plasma to survive. Normally they're well stocked with Plasma Packs crafted by the Sensei's, but if and when those run out.....
  • Idiosyncratic Ship Naming: Pretty much every couple gets one:
    • Lily x Cole - Mountain Lion
    • Brittney x Kai - Pink Flame
    • Zane x PIXAL - Pixane
    • Jay x Nya - Jaya
    • Aiden x Shade - Aestheticshipping
    • Lloyd x Oseye - Green Light
    • Lloyd x Vivo - Dragonshipping or Voyd
    • Lloyd x Crystal - Emeraldshipping
  • Joke Character: Morro is this in spades, down to purposely ridiculous outfits and being regulated to the job of butler.
  • Kiss of the Vampire: Brittney apparently loves it whenever Kai bites her, to the point of refusing to let him sip from her wrist because the neck bite is soooo good.
    • Downplayed with Lily, she lets Cole drink from her without fuss and while also preferring the neck, allows the wrist sip.
    • While Shade's only bitten him once, Aiden seemed to enjoy the experience.
    • Averted with PIXAL, who's never let Zane drink from her.
  • Mythology Gag: and no shortage of them:
    • Nya's wedding dress is the least traditional, having a high slit and being blue vs the usual white. Well, when you remember the last time she ended up in a wedding dress....
    • Also, the rain during The Quadruple Wedding stops after she and Jay have finished their vows, AKA her emotions are back under control.
    • PIXAL having never been bitten becomes this when you remember she's a Nindroid in her home series, meaning she has no plasma to drink.
    • Morro only materializes after a ton of lanterns are hung, just like on the Day of the Departed!
    • The near constant scrambling for rent money calls Season 2 to mind.
    • Nobody truly knowing Lloyd's age during the birthday special.
  • Noodle Incident: Something happened that's referred to as the "Three Day's Bender", which apparently threw the Monastery into such wonton chaos that everyone has agreed to never release the photos from it. In meta, this is when the infamous 'Wicked Whims' mod was installed. The showrunners got carried away testing it, leading to the whole house descending into a lust-fueled frenzy.
  • Obsolete Mentor: Wu and Garmadon. They're supposed to be teaching the Ninja how to unlock/cope with their new vampiric powers, but with the constant shenanigans taking place it's become impossible to get their pupils to pay attention. So they simply fish for Plasma Pack ingredients and hope their students will eventually calm down.
  • Our Vampires Are Different: For some reason, the Ninja, Sensei's, Morro and Shade are all vampires.
  • Out with a Bang: Morro. After being taken seriously for once and getting laid during the Three Day's Bender, he ends up charring in the sunlight the following morning.
  • Oven Logic: Employed by Aiden, who manages to blow up a $13,000 stove while trying to make a grilled cheese.
  • Pass the Popcorn: The viewer response to the dramatic Aestheticshipping proposal.
  • Picnic Episode: Lloyd and Crystal's solo date.
  • Ridiculously Cute Critter: Little Lady, Neverkitty, and now Akita all more than qualify!
  • Romantic Vampire Boy: All of the male love interests are this, but Kai, Cole, Shade and Lloyd are the stand-out examples.
  • Scary Stinging Swarm: In an effort to get Zane to bake honey cake, the residents buy a bee hive and stick it in the backyard. They sting pretty much everyone who approaches.
  • Trademark Favorite Food:
    • Pineapple Lollipops for Oseye
    • Cake for Cole, of course
    • Garden Salad became everyone's for a while because it was one of the less bland things that could be made without a stove.
    • Zane has a signature cake that while looking identical to a chocolate cake on the outside, is actually a chocolate filled marble cake.
  • Two-Person Pool Party: Happens several times:
    • Lloyd has a PG-rated Five-Person Hot Tub Party at the end of Day 1, flirting with all his bachlerettes.
    • Brittney and Kai later WooHoo in said hot tub.
    • Lloyd and Sylvie also got steamy in the hot tub at some point.
  • Wacky Marriage Proposal: Happened during the Aestheticshipping engagement. It looked like Aiden had rejected Shade's proposal....only for him to get down on one knee and offer Shade a ring!
  • Worst Wedding Ever: There've been multiple over the course for the play through, but the chaos of The Quadruple Wedding really takes the cake:
    • The grooms took so long to get dressed and in position that the sun came up, forcing everyone to run back indoors and wait a full in-game day before trying again.
    • An illness swept through half the wedding party.
    • All four of Lloyd's dates came dangerously close to heat stroke.
    • When everyone was ready for try two, it started raining, which caused everyone to whip out their umbrellas and ruin shots/waste time putting them away.
    • The vows took soo long that all the lanterns want out bc it was so close to sunrise, ruining more photos.
    • The cake cutting was a disaster in of itself, with some of the grooms not able to deal with just how huge their bride's dresses were, which glitched out the cake sharing animation.
  • Weddings for Everyone: Pretty much the whole premise of The Quadruple Wedding
