WMG / Ultraman Decker

Go To

Ultraman Decker is an Artificial Ultra created by combining the remains of the Giants of Darkness
It would explain why his Color Timer is on the side of his chest like Hudram.
  • Jossed: Decker just sort of appears after Kanata resists being assimilated by the Spheres.

Ultraman Decker is an evolved version of the Terranoid.
The final arc of Ultraman Dyna kicked off when TPC Staffer Gondo Kihachi created an artificial Ultraman, because he believed that Humans couldn't rely on Ultramen to help them, only for the Spheres to take control of it and use it against Dyna. Assuming that these Spheres are he same ones from Dyna and Saga, it's possible that they attempted to refine the Terranoid into Ultraman Decker, an Evil Knockoff of Dyna with the same powers, only for the process to work too well and cause Decker to resist their control. Only able to keep him in check by denying him a physical body Decker was able to break free once he found Kanata Asumi was able to resist them as well.
  • Seems pretty definitively jossed.

Possible returning kaiju and alien from the TDG trilogy
  • Ultraman Dyna:
    • Reigubas
    • Mons-Ahgar
      • Confirmed to return in Episode 4.
    • Gregore
      • Confirmed to return in Episode 9.
    • Neosaurus
      • Zig-zagged. It doesn't return outright but it does get a blatant Homage/Expy in Neomegas who is set to appear in Episode 10.
    • Darambia/Neo Darambia
    • Geomos
      • Confirmed, a new variant named Sphere-Geomos is set to appear in Episode 21.
    • Terranoid/Zelganoid
    • Daigerun
    • Bao-On
    • Alien Mijir and Garaon
    • Sodom
    • Demagorg
    • Gigantes
    • Gaigareid
    • Lovemos
      • Confirmed, it makes a cameo on the TPU moon base in Episode 19.
    • Moravia
    • Dexador, or a Basser variant as a Suspiciously Similar Substitute
      • Confirmed for the latter, as a variant named Raibasser appears in Episode 11, and its design intentionally homages the former with the horns on its head.
    • Deathfacer and Queen Monera
      • Zig-zagged for Deathfacer, as instead of returning it gets a homage in Terraphaser, which is confirmed to debut in Episode 11.
      • Zig-zagged as well for Queen Monera, as she gets a Composite Character between herself and the Gransphere in Mother Spheresaurus.
    • Zomborg
      • Confirmed for the Zomborg soldiers.
  • Ultraman Tiga:
    • Alien Reguran
    • Silvergon
    • Goldras
    • Golza
    • Melba
    • Galra
    • Zoiger
  • Ultraman Gaia:
    • C.O.V./Super C.O.V.
    • Gan Q
    • Mizunoenoryu
    • Algona
    • Gomenos

Murahoshi will become this series' equivalent of Gondo Kihachi.
  • His comments in Episode 1 that "there's no guarantee that something will conveniently pop up to save us again", coupled with his character bio listing his wish as "protecting the precious things of the people on Earth" all seem like deliberate foreshadowing that he would become a Knight Templar as the series progresses and build the next Terranoid so that mankind could have a weapon to protect themselves with.

Mons-Ahgar will reappear in a powered-up form.
  • The Meranie's advertisement refers to Mons-Ahgar as part of a "Mons-Ahgar Series", meaning the Mons-Ahgar we're familiar with may have different variants available as products. Chances are, in the vein of Thunder Darambia or Tsurugi Demaaga, a variant of Mons-Ahgar with additional attachments to its body would appear later in the series, with the capsule carrying it advertising it as a new product of the Meranie.
    • Jossed, sadly.

The Yuzare that appears on Mars is from an 'Ultra-Far' future, not the past like the Yuzare we know.
This would explain all the changes seen with her, like her state of dress and her hair style.
  • Confirmed.

Neomegas is also a modified Grigio kaiju in-universe.
  • The flashback in Episode 10 showed that the kaiju it was modified from also looked like a Grigio variant, suggesting that instead of the resemblance being a case of Prop Recycling, Shigenaga did stumble upon a dormant Grigio and subsequently modified it into Neomegas.

The Terranoid will be the villain for the Decker movie.
  • Just like how Trigger made the Dark Giants villains for the series and Evil Tiga being used for the movie. Decker will do the same with its most iconic villains.

Agams the Bazador is hypnotized and the random words he lists are his control phrase like the Winter Soldier.
He doesn't know this because his handler is the woman he fell in love with, she went along with it to better keep a leash on him.
  • Jossed. They are codewords he made to preserve his memories best as possible, they came from his wife which is why he uses them.
