Jeanne is Rose herself

At least that would hardly be surprising, as Jeanne's recounting of the events is awfully precise for someone who wasn't there at the time they happened, and didn't appear at all in the story so far. Add to that Wayne's loyalty to her as if she were still the same Madam and the fact Rose and Jeanne have the same Leitmotif, and the implications are hardly subtle.
