- Episode 4 of the Rainbow High Vlogs shows a post of Amaya and River together with hearts in the caption, implying they might end up together. Therefore jossing this... Unless we have another Colin situation on our hands...
- Maybe Amaya made Skyler cheer for River (in the case of Amaya/River), or Skyler made Amaya post a picture with him (in the case of Skyler/River), either way are attempts to divert attention from Kia Hart, who would probably try to get her nose into their relationship if she found out. Or maybe Skyler and Amaya are only using River to keep up a secret relationship.
- All Jossed. The number 22 is a coincidence. River being introduced at the end of episode 6, where Colin and Skyler break up, was probably thrown in to confirm the two boys are different characters (since it was believed for a while the wave 2 boy will be Colin).
Karma’s bio states she’s a social media influencer like Violet, and heavily implies the two will enter a rivalry. Considering that the webisode recaps, “The Vi Life”, are up online In-Universe as well for everyone to see... it’s not unlikely Karma has seen them before. And has taken notice how terrible Violet treated Sunny on the first day and how she focuses more on her vlog series and getting popular. And Karma will use this to her advantage. Perhaps their rivalry arc will end with Violet finally realizing how awful it is to prioritize popularity over loyal friends.
- This could also explain her name change, as a leak confirmed her name was originally meant to be Mia Peridot. If she is meant to be Violet's reality check in later episodes, it makes sense that they'd want her name to reflect that part of Karma's character.
- “Mia Peridot” being Karma’s initial name is actually a fanmade fake leak.
(feel free to add on if y'all want.)
- Violet Willow: Definitely Jewel Sparkles, all the way down to the same voice actress.
- Sunny Madison: Seems to be a blend of Cloud E. Sky, Pix E. Flutters, and Spot Splatter Splash (especially with their hair color). The latter two are often paired with Jewel, and Violet and Sunny are Childhood Friends.
- Poppy Rowan: Color-wise at least, is Bea Spells-A-Lot (orange hair, blue eyes, she even wears glasses for a party).
- In terms of role, Bea's counterpart as head of the school newspaper is likely to be Krystal Bailey. Both also have large hair bows, if that notes anything.
- Jade Hunter: Has aesthetics reminiscent of Storm E. Sky.
- Stella Monroe: Seems to be shaping up to be Tippy Tumblelina, they share fuschia as their hair color and a British accent.
- Avery Styles: Her upper-class role? Definitely Suzette La Sweet.
- Adding to this, Violet may also try and use her social media influence to expose the school's tyranny.
- Maybe the show itself was meant to be a subtle message on how flawed and messed up most school systems are, and the characters glorifying it is meant to hammer that no matter how messed up they are, the highest quality schools will still be glorified regardless.
- More evidence includes the episode with Poppy getting homesick. In real life, boarding schools let students visit their homes on the weekends. Maybe Rainbow High looking like a prison wasn't a mistake...
- Poppy seems to live somewhere in California, and the location of the school isn't told, I believe, so it could be that she's simply too far away
- Occam's Razor: She left by her own accord.
- Ms. Morton realized late that there is only a limit of six people per runaway group, and had Bella moved to another group... the group of Stella, Karma, Krystal and River (Wave 2 roster)... And Colin.
- It’s highly unlikely Krystal would be a part of the group Bella would be placed in (then again, if she manages to come back), since she is an upperclassman. It’s more probable the role would be filled by a freshman backgrounder or a wave 3 character.
- A fight broke out between the runaway group and she requested Ms. Morton to change her group.
- She was expelled.
- Confirmed.
- She left the campus to attend to a family emergency.
- She was given an opportunity to study Broadway set designers in New York, and just so happened to leave during the time the first episode’s scene took place.
- She's dead. (okay, I'll admit, this one is a dark joke.)
- Of a sort happens. Amaya dyes her hair offscreen for the Cheer project, which happens an episode after Jade apologized to her for her cold behavior.
- Possible explanations for why she didn’t get caught in the first place: Firstly, the lyric video flopped and underperformed in ratings. Secondly, Violet might be using her own personal network or a VPN to upload her vlogs, making this go unnoticed by the Rainbow High staffing.
In the commercial for Amaya’s first doll, Ruby (and surprisingly not Jade, the cast’s makeup artist) is the one shown dying Amaya’s hair. In episode 1’s scene taking place in the future, Ruby says that the group should look for the missing Amaya for help. Flash forward to Amaya’s full appearance in episode 8, Ruby has shown resentment toward her. Connecting these two scenes together, overtime perhaps Ruby will warm up to Amaya and understand her more.
- This kind of happened... ? Ruby took a shorter time than Jade to get along with Amaya, but it happened in between episodes instead of over time in the series.
- She might be the second Hair Studio doll (like Amaya’s first doll.)
- She might also be the second Fashion Studio doll, which is confirmed to be in production.
- Both cases Jossed. Jett will be a Collector's Doll like Kia.
- The Scene cover indicates she’s a new girl, but thinking back to how Amaya got in following Bella being booted... Is someone next?
- Just because that happened before won't automatically mean it will happen again. That being said, if it does happen, let's just hope it's Colin.
- And she doubts herself not only because she feels like she doesn't belong in the school, but also because she's not human.
- Betting it now, her real name (along with her true form) is Rainbow Brightstar!
- Alternatively she is a half-unicorn hybrid (related to the Fantasy Friends) and they kept her out of the school because of conspiracy reasons.
- So that's why Sunny (who created Hi-Hi Kawaii, which borrows the Fantasy Friends designs) easily bonded with her!
- If they found out, Violet and/or Karma would enter a conflict on whether to expose it for more views or to uphold the secret. Violet would most likely find herself considering the former, maybe slipping about it, but ultimately leaning toward the latter since Amaya is her good friend. (This is related to the Karma WMG.)
- And if River found out, he would try to act as her Knight in Shining Armor to protect the secret. Well, in his own theatre-geeky Lovable Jock way.
- This is going straight-up fanfiction right now, but consider.
- They're definitely flip-flopping with Jade and Bella's relationship status. A Vi Life acknowledges their fan-made ship name, Jella, but then Jade is swooning over River as soon as Bella gets kicked out.
- Nevermind, she seems to be tolerant of Amaya as seen in the ending of "Going Viral"!
- Alternatively Avery gifted the hoodie to Bella out of sympathy, at the end of the day she is a senior in charge of watching over the first-year prefect after all.
Perhaps before actually starting the series, Violet gave a contract to Ms. Wright to let her continue filming her vlogs. She let her because she can work on it for her Photo & Video class. So basically, “The Vi Life” is a Rainbow High project that’s also up for public viewing. Hence why Violet is able to get away with bending the school rule against photographing student’s work.
