Tottaus is part of the Eternal Sphere.
The mention of the UP3 (Underdeveloped Planet Preservation Pact) and the Claude and Fayt costumes aren't mere Shout-Outs. This also means the Cosmic Order of Tottaus was also a 4D Being's invention. Algandars (the disease and the castle) was also the name of the elf king who created the Dark Elf race.
Some diseases are named after either the one who discovered it... or the one with the first known case of it. He was most likely both.
