There is gonna be a Gotham By Gaslight Shout-Out

Jack the Ripper's descendants are apparently in this, and their family names will be Parker.

  • Jossed. The Rippers present in this series are a family named Ripper, and there's no evidence that they're descended from Jack.

Alfred's codename will be Outsider
And if they could find some way to tie it into Batman's Outsiders team, that'd be cool (don't know how they'd pull it off, though.
  • Jossed.

Patricia Wayne will turn into a villain
She can't live to be more family for Bruce, but killing her off would make her existence pointless. Therefore, she will turn out to be evil.
  • Jossed so far, though she does give the same cold look at Martha as all the other party guests of Aleister Crowley when the party suddenly stops and Martha is brought before what looks like Baphomet himself. And God knows what happened to Martha afterwards, and Patricia, at the very least, did nothing to prevent that.
  • She could still turn evil later in the show.
  • Still not as of Season 2.

A Michael Caine cameo in Season 2
The series is very much a love letter to him, both to his classic gritty 1960s-1970s British gangster/spy movies and his turn as Alfred in The Dark Knight Trilogy, so having him in a cameo capacity would be the cherry on the cake.
  • Jossed.

Alfred, Thomas and Martha will move to Gotham City, Thomas and Martha will marry and Bruce will be born in Season 2
Depending if the showrunners feel like avoiding Second Season Downfall at all cost or prepare for it.
  • Jossed. Only Patricia Wayne moves to Gotham and the newborn child of the Waynes is not a boy.

Thomas and Martha don't end up getting married.
Martha chooses to leave this life and return to her first love, a farmer from Kansas named Jonathan. Thomas later meets and marries another Martha.

John Salt is The Starscream

As of Episode 5 of Season 2. It looks like he's slowly poisoning Lord Harwood and ordered the police squad to kill Bet Sykes instead of picking her up. Harwood's loss of trust in Frances Gaunt also helps.

  • Confirmed. Salt actually orchestrates Harwood's gradual insanity to take over the Raven Union, including with the pills he gives him.

Alfred finally becoming the Waynes' butler

Alfred goes down an increasingly dark path in Season 2 with all these bloody heists. He might lose everything and commit something he wouldn't know would end up hurting Thomas and Martha in some fashion, and would end up becoming their butler to make amends.

  • Jossed. He gets out of his funk mid-season and doesn't go to the USA, preferring to fight in the English League. He does think about doing a servant job like his father.

The Alternate History shown in the show is the result of Time Travel
At some point in the future, a member of Batman's Rogues Gallery traveled back in time to try to prevent him from being born, but not knowing his Secret Identity, they had to go far back and change history so much that he would be butterflied away. But Rubber-Band History is partially in play, and In Spite of a Nail Thomas Wayne and Martha Kane still exist and still fall in love with each other, and they still cross paths with Alfred Pennyworth.
