In "Dirty Money and a Woman named Mike" when Bonnie asks god why Alvin died, he says it's because he healed things with Christy and Bonnie. Due to the point of the show being about Christy and Bonnie's relationship healing, the series might end with them fully healing their relationship, and therefore allowing her to move on. With the final episode being about the characters realizing how their lives were actually better with her around.Luckily, jossed!
Christy will relocate to Marin County after graduating from Georgetown and make frequent commutes to Napa after work
While Christy will have obviously made AA connections in the Washington, DC area, the women in Napa were her lifeline. However, practicing law in Napa would not be a good idea, as most of her pre-recovery associates would still be there, not to mention her ex-boyfriends; this would damage her credibility, not to mention her having to turn any of them down due to conflict of interest. However, this would allow her to spend time with the women, especially during the weekends, on sobriety birthdays, and perhaps the nights that the womens' meetings take place. (She would still probably have to find a sponsor where she lives, however, as that is often the case with AA; Bonnie sponsoring Patty is an exception since there are no women at the latter's meetings.)
