If Phil Sheldon ever appears in the Marvel Cinematic Universe he will be played by Stan Lee

Stan Lee has spent years making cameo appearances in these films as some random guy who the hero's meet briefly, possibly more than once, and doesn't have much of an effect on their lives, which is exactly how Phil would come of to them. This revelation would really blow the fanboys minds.

• Probably jossed because of his Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 cameo.
  • Definitely jossed with Stan's passing in November 2018.
