Ami is Vania's daughter
In Episode 1, Vania is implied to be someone dangerous to be put into jail (later revealed to be a vampire along with her name in Episode 4) yet she gives Geo equipment to go help Ami, along with knowing her illness and watching over them from a distance in Episode 2. Flash forward to Episode 7, where we learn that Ami is Gwain's adoptive daughter and has big eyes and now jump to the following episode, being 8 and we see Ami having a picture of her younger self and Vania in her room. And to add onto that theory, a reason why Vania was busing out was to likely see her daughter again, where she wanted to make sure she was safe.

Ami is a Dhampyr
Adding onto above, if her other parent was a Teoran unlike Vania, Ami would be half and half. Could explain her behavior in Episode 5 (even if it was played off as a joke) and a reason why her Element is Love. Adding onto this, maybe there's a reason why Gwain doesn't want her to seemingly "die" (more so her hair going white from exhaustion), her vampiric side may reveal itself as a survival instinct.

Ami's Illness
Much like the first two above, I feel like that's why Ami has an illness in the first place. Her potential nature as a hybrid may not be mixing well. Also, this could be Ami suffering from malnutrition (lack of blood) for too long, if she does have a vampiric side to her.

Vania and Gwain's Deal
In Episode 8, it's implied they fought but in the present time, they seem to be past that or doing a deal since their fight might've been a draw or some other outcome. Going back to my first theory, I believe a deal was made so Gwain would take in Ami as her own daughter while Vania will leave her kingdom alone, while knowing and watching her kid be safe and raised.

Gwain's Hands Are Tied
If I am correct that she made a deal with Vania, then by extension she made one to Luna to help keep Ami alive (which was implied to be the case in Episode 7). But in return, Luna does what she wants in Gwain's kingdom since she's helping her daughter and Gwain's deal with Vania live. So Gwain is pretty screwed not being able to do anything because if she goes against Luna, Luna will likely stop helping with Ami and thus Vania will be on her case. Or worse, mention the truth with Ami and Vania's connection and how Gwain is apart of that.

Luna caused Ami's disease in order to be exempt from the law
Luna is likely the cause of Ami's disease. This is because by saving Ami's life she was exempt from the law, which might all be Luna's doing. Furthermore it was never cured fully but just suppressed by the EXE-arc why would Luna not find a cure? Well, so that she would keep her legal exemption of course.

Vania is imprisoned for trying to kill Luna
If the above is true, then this theory will make a lot of sense, for all we know Vania wants to protect Ami and knows about her disease. It would be most obvious that she is imprisoned for trying to kill Luna and expose her ambitions.

Luna never attacks at night because she's afraid of Vania
With one exception being Electra's birthday party because Vania wouldn't wanna be caught in that situation

Luna is going to lay a Infodump in Episode 9
The Stinger of Episode 8 shows that she's got something to tell to the kingdom and mentions her favorite human (Geo) on the broadcast. I feel like she's going to mention details we've been suspecting and things we don't know that were secret for a reason.

Geo teleported to Teora via the World Tree
Geo was teleported to Teora after sitting under a tree, what do we know about this? Maybe the Tree was a world tree like Yggdrasil that connects the various realms together.

Earth and Teora are connected
There has been a theory that Humans and Teorans lived together in harmony on Teora, a parallel realm Earth in another Universe, hence the similarities between Teorans and Humans. Teorans, being extremely advanced, find a way to travel to normal Earth, and help them out with all of the magical and advanced tech they have access to. Eventually, Humans attack Teora in an attempt to take over and a war breaks out. To end the war, magic is used to seal the gateway between universes, and Humans and Teorans are separated for centuries.

Lanney took care of Marlow during the month-long time skip between episodes 7 and 8
How else would she know something so specific as how many hours Marlow played animal gossip?

Luna is, at least, part human
We never see her using any magic powers or spells. All of her abilities are technology-based: she uses a hover-pad to, well, hover in the air; she carries around a literal gun; and her main method of fighting is using those cybernetic gauntlets, with the sole exception being the cybernetic top hat she used in her fight with Marlow. While she's clearly Teoran, there's no reason for her to not use magic - unless she can't, and it's been confirmed that humans can't use magic.
