Assuming, he heard her say her name back in episode 3 through the mirror, he already knows Robin's name and Tank pointed out how powerful names are in Forever After. He's probably just pretending not to know it because he doesn't see Robin as much of a threat, but when she does become more of one, he may just put her slip up to good use for himself.- Jossed in Episode 26, it was pointed out that full names are needed for curses.

Robin and Tank will encourage and help princesses to become more independent and competent of themselves and not need saving in the future.
Not only she help princesses to developed into becoming independent and competent characters and defy their terrible fates/endings, Robin will grow into a more mature and selfless heroine and realized that not all princesses is about wearing gorgeous dresses, marrying rich guys and having luxurious lives. Once she return to her world, she finally grow out of her princess phase and become a more responsible and diligent adult.The Wicked Witch is actually planning to destroy the Forever After realm so he could end the cycle, free the princes and return to their world.
The wicked witch used to be a Prince Charming himself. He realized there is no way to return home and was stuck in this prince role after completing all the tasks. He is forever trapped in forever after realm. Determined to return back home and stop the fates from kidnapping people to become princes, he learn the only way to return to the world and free the princes is to destroy the forever after realm. Considering how he has a whole conspiracy board that features all the villains and how he can change the stories around, was upset by a story with a demon army being put to an end, it's pretty obvious he's planning an invasion of sorts.The Wicked Witch is actually an evil spirit who possessed the body of a former Prince Charming.
