The items are small hints to upcoming shapers, and vice versa
The buyable items in the game follow the exact same naming convention as shaper vitalities, to the point where, currently, there is plenty of overlap. Many of the current shaper's vitalities share the same name as an item in the game (such as Moya's spirit of motion, where motion is a tier 2 haste item, for example). This means two possibilities, that the shapers whose vitalities currently do not share names with an item means that any upcoming items may take those names, or the reverse: That any existing items that currently do not share names with a playable shaper's vitality are hints of the possible vitalities of any upcoming shapers. This detail provides little information on the abilities of the item/shaper that they would suggest, but it's a tiny clue.
