Crayzar is the ultimate example of a Ball Masterz transformation.
It's explained that the Balls were once great weapons of destruction during the Rad Wars, with those who used them going mad with power and such. How could someone overcome such over powered individuals?
By being one of them, of course. Specifically, Crayzar is the result of a human and the Original Sentient Ball bonding perfectly with one another. And never separating again. That's how he can be SO powerful, and bring the other Balls to life in the first place.
And why the "heroes" interest him so much, because they can achieve the same thing. If to a lesser degree...possibly....
Flip Champion really IS that powerful
He's just so blunt and unwilling to learn from his mistakes that he's useless- The end of season 1 and several episodes of season 2 suggest that this is indeed the case— most of the time, he's just too much of a dick to properly apply himself, and his stubbornness was enough that Crayzar himself saw fit to intervene.
