Aries and Sayla are somehow related
After Charce tells everyone about his backstory, we see him looking at a picture of Sayla, who looks suspiciously like Aries. Also, one way of translating "Sayla" would be "Seira" - literally Aries backwards.
  • Confirmed. In chapter 43, Charce confirms that Aries is actually the clone of Princess Seira, the only daughter of King Noah Vix... whom Charce is his actual clone. Viz' translators picked this up before The Reveal and corrected "Sayla" back to "Seira", too.

The identity of the traitor.

Charce: We know very little about his background compared to the others, and his connection to Aries is pretty suspicious. He also lives in the Imperial district, a.k.a. the place where everything suspicious is stored.

Aries: She's the only one of the original group whose original we don't know yet. Even Charce's parent was at least mentioned by the other parents.

Beego: He's a very suspicious puppet.

  • In Chapter 41, it's confirmed that Charce is the traitor, as they were ordered to murder the B5 crew (him included, as they are all clones). Their relationship to Aries is a bit complicated, because it's also eventually revealed that she is the clone of Princess Seira, who wasn't just his childhood friend, but also the daughter of his original, King Noah Vix.

The purse snatcher in Chapter 1

  • When the clone twist is revealed, it makes Aries' existence in this ship a mystery to everybody involved. But what if from Chapter 1, where the purse snatcher who snatched from her is actually ordered to delay her just enough to miss out on the field trip, but had been unluckily spotted by Kanata in the process.

The conspiracy had a mole among them

The mole in the conspiracy either manipulated the wormhole generators so that the exit of the wormhole would open right next to the parked old spaceship or steered the spaceship to the area the wormhole would lead to.

How no-one would pass on the truth about the planet Astra

Warning: Heavy spoilers for Attack on Titan

The World Government used the (perfected) brainwashing technique of the Founding Titan to brainwash the newly arrived humanity on Astra into speaking one language (just like Karl Fritz did with the city on Paradis Island) and having no concept of religion (no immune Asians, it worked on everyone, only the newly created Vix dynasty who were made the bearers of the secret and a few high-ranking government officials were allowed to keep their memories).
