Vuvu Hero is a Rhythm Game made in Adobe Flash by Rubber Ninja, ChannelCat, and Egoraptor that was released in 2010. In it, you press space in timing with the notes. The game is a parody of Guitar Hero, but instead of a guitar, you play on the widely hated vuvuzela. It also has its own theme song by Ken Ashcorp which has been privated by the musician but can be found elsewhere.

This game provides examples of:

  • Bait-and-Switch Comment: Get two bees out of five and the announcer says that was pretty good... for an amateur.
  • Broken Record: The announcer keeps shouting "This is the bees knees!" if you keep screwing up combos but return to combo 10 anyway.
  • Button Mashing: Sometimes necessary, as you only have one button and notes can come in densely-packed waves.
  • Epic Fail: Failing a song (which would require you to really not try to hit one freaking button) gives you the Epic Fail rating.
  • Gameplay Grading: You get a rating of one to five bees depending on how well you do.
  • Stylistic Suck: In its entirety. The gameplay only has one button, the instrument is the widely derided vuvuzela, you get crude drawings as a "reward" for combos, and there are some glitches.
  • Title Scream: The game starts with the announcer yelling "VUVU HERO!"
