Vector Stunt is a Driving Game by Dig Your Own Grave made in Adobe Flash and released in 2011. It's a significantly improved version of a game called Spectrum Runner that was released earlier that year. You drive a futuristic vehicle through a 3D track and collect as many notes as possible by coming into contact with them. There are also plenty of ramps that it can jump off of and perform stunts to gain far more points. You can either use the Aerodrone song "Ready to Love" that comes with the game or upload your own .mp3 files.

This game provides examples of:

  • Achievement System: There are six achievements for things like reaching 50,000 points in the Aerodrone song and getting a 5-star rating in any song.
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: Blue ramps are normal. White ramps grant pilot view, providing 2x points as long as you're in the air. Red ramps are placed to let you reach the elusive and high-value ruby notes.
  • Color-Coded Item Tiers: White notes are worth 100 points, yellow 500, orange 1000, and ruby a whopping 10000.
  • Difficult, but Awesome: Pilot view can be really disorientating with its first-person perspective, but you gain 2x points if you can keep being airborne, so it can lead to an impressive score if you're skilled enough.
  • Effortless Achievement: "Audiophile" is earned by finishing a game with your own song. Just upload whatever .mp3 you have that the game can load, play through it without needing to worry about performance, and it's yours.
  • Gameplay Grading: There's a star rating for notes collected, number of jumps, number of stunts, stunt diversity, and staying on track. A final rating is calculated based on the average of all categories.
  • Luck-Based Mission: Notes and ramps are placed randomly. Ramps are specially an issue because the ruby/pilot ramps may appear while the vehicle is in the air and not be able to land in time.
  • No Plot? No Problem!: The game doesn't have a plot. Considering it focuses on levels from its own music/.mp3 files, it doesn't need one.
  • Score Multiplier: Performing a stunt adds to the multiplier for every type that's done in a single jump, while being in pilot view doubles points for the duration of it. These bonuses stack, by the way.
  • Timed Mission: The game ends when the song does. Specifically, any stray ramps that are present become intangible.
