RFCK’s Endless War is a text-based MMORPG you can play free right on your discord!
Based on the RFCK Podcast/lets play series by Ben Saint and Munchy, Endless War started as a simple bot on the official RFCK discord. This bot allowed to you mine for slime and kill other players. Surprised by the popularity, the bot was expanded upon with more complex rules, combat system, minor RPG mechanics, and a map players can travel and explore.
Set in a post-modern apocalyptic future, YOU, a lowly juvenile, are trapped in a dystopian city-state known as New Los Angeles City a.k.a. Neo Milwaukee (N.L.A.C.aka.N.M.) Radioactive material known as Slime has flooded the Grand Canyon. Amoral Corporations and wandering vagabonds alike flocked to the city, hoping to mine that green gold. From burning daylight to frozen moonlight, thousands toil away in the mines. Those who survive exhaustion and cave ins are relentlessly targeted by blood thirsty gangsters.
Will you try to survive as a worthless juvie in a vain attempt to keep your humanity? Or will you grow some balls and !enlist with one of the gangs that rule this city with an iron fist? Whether you join the chaotic ROWDY FUCKERS gang or the secretive COP KILLERS gang is up to you. Blood will be spilt. Crime will commence. Gang violence will flourish. And War shall be endless.

Some SICK ASS TROPES you can find:
- Aerithand Bob: Given most characters are player’s discord profiles, you get characters like Lily, Ben, and Johnny alongside Dranknier, Chagarumagala and Schrafft Vortex.
- Afterthe End: The setting takes place in a post-apocalyptic society. The actual event is unknown, but it caused the Grand Canyon to fill up with radioactive slime and left most of the Southwest side of the U.S. a radioactive wasteland.
- The Alliance: Rowdys and Killers will occasionally sign pacts to fight a greater evil. The most notable when they Attack Slime Corp HQ.
- During the Bicarbonate Rain Crisis, Rowdy Fucker Munchy and Cop Killer Ben unite so they can teleport the ENTIRE city of NLA Caka NM to an alternate universe where the Bicarbonate Rain ended.
- During the Shambler invasion, Gangsters and juvies alike joined the forces of the Garden Gankers to fight Dr. Downpour.
- During the Gay.R.G., several gangsters from both gangs joined together to rescue Maple Mantis and stopthe fake N1.
- Ammo-Using Melee Weapon: All combat requires you to spend slime. This includes swords, bats, nun-chucks and scythes. How this works is still up to speculation.
- Anyone Can Die: Death and murder is a common day occurrence, and even the most cautious and plot-armored character will be brutalized eventually. The impact is lost, however, given everyone can !revive.
- Permanent death is possible. The easiest method is zuckerberging, in which you drain all slime from a body and somehow prevent the body from touching a single drop of slime. Harder than you think given slime has a tendency of finding fresh bodies in even the driest of locations. The most notable examples are Mark Zuckerberg and Munchy after being mercy killed by members of his own gang.
- Slime-Corp secretly developed a machine that can Zuckerberg a corpse instantaneously. Karma kicks in when the Gangsters get their hands on it.
- Endless War has a Bone Hurting beam powerful enough to erase anyone from existence.
- Arms Dealer: The owner of the Dojo sells weapons to any gangster who can afford it. A vendor at the Bazaar will occasionally have a Mini-Gun on sale.
- Art Attacker: Spray paint cans, paint rollers, and paintbrushes are tools used for tagging and capturing districts for your gang. Alternatively, they can be used as emergency weapons.
- BFG: Miniguns can be bought at the Bazaar. A bit impractical but fires out an insane amount of firepower.
- Rowdy Liam/L.S. uses a minigun as their signature weapon. An over-the-top weapon for an over the top gangster.
- BFS: Broadswords are unwieldy weapon players must manually wind up before swinging.
- Blob Monster: Slimeoids are slime based organisms that can grow naturally or artificially created. While they can take any form, they naturally resort to your standard gooy blob. More intelligent ones have minor abilities to shape shift. Can be grown as pets or hunted in the outskirts.
- Crapsack World: under the aesthetic and fanarts, The city of N.L.A.C.a.k.a.N.M. is a dystopian nightmare controlled by criminal organizations and Mega-corporations. Most of the population must slave away in hard labor to survive. Sickness and mutations are rampant due to the city sitting right next to a lake of radioactive slime. And when you finally reach the sweet release of death, your soul is trapped in the city sewers as a ghost or forced to revive so you can relive the pain and suffering all over again.
- Despite this, most citizens have a sociopathic love for this crapsack city and the constant violence. Whether this is a side effect of slime or brainwashing by the obelisk Endless War is unknown.
- Cute Slime Mook: The Micro Slimes you can hunt in the Outskirts.
- Desert Bandits: The Desert Punks are a gang who attack and pillage anyone stupid enough to travel into the Outskirts. Been in a constant war with Slime-Corp conveys as they try to bring goods in and out of the city.
- Dystopia: .N.L.A.C.a.k.a.N.M. is a corporatized city-state in which most of the populace suffer from poverty, hunger, horrific mutations and cancers, and horrific working conditions. Thousands toil endlessly in the mines and farms just to buy lobster and steak for every meal. The city police have little to no power and psychopathic gangster with superpowers murder for sport. The city is isolated from the outside world by a giant desert filled with raiders, monsters and aliens. A giant eldritch version of the Washington monument that can turn the most pacific juvie into a blood thirsty criminal. The 7/11 has been closed for years now! And the worst part? Everyone loves it.
- Fantastic Racism: Due to prevalence of skeleton O.C.s, there was a prejudice against anyone who was Bone-kin. While short lived, skeletons were classified as a second-class citizen.
- Christina Weston Chandler has a particular disgust for slime, including Slime Girls and slimeoids.
- There is a growing anti-solids movement among Slime Girls known as the Slime Girl Ethno State (S.G.E.S.).
- Frying Panof Doom: Former Killer Chagarumagala was known for wielding an obsidian alloy frying pan.
- Gunsin Church: Asking a gangster to leave his weapon outside is like asking a Juvie not be so killable.
- The Cop Killer base is a Cathedral.
- Guns vs. Swords: Given the effectiveness of both weapons in game, this a common showdown between gangsters. Usually between Katanas and dual pistols.
- Default pistols have good damage output, accuracy, and slime cost. Katanas has high crit chance and 100% accuracy in exchange for less base damage.
- Improbable Weapon User: Players can use improbable weapons such as yoyos, umbrella, fishing pole, and paint brushes. Their actual effectiveness as weapons may vary.
- Former Killer and currently Canadian Orca was a girl known for using a giant stop sign.
- Improvised Weapon: Slimeoids with the THROW ability will toss anything they can get their hands across, including boulders and cars.
- Killer Yo-Yo: Players can use a Yo-Yo as a Normal Type weapon.
- Mad Scientist: N12 is a former scientist from the Soviet Union who specializes in Siological Engineering. Responsible for the creation of giant Slime monsters known as Secretures. Some speculate her insanity was the result of looking too deeply into things best left forgotten.
- Dr. Downpour is a mad scientist bent on turning all juveniles into shamblers.
- Mon: Slimeoids are slime-based organisms that can be adopted as pets. These can be used in Slimeoid Battles with other players or Negaslimes. Be warned, as losing to a Negaslime will result in your Slimeoid’s death.
- Parasol of Pain: The Umbrella is a defense weapon that gives the wielder that reduces damage. Also grants immunity to Bicarbonate Soda Rain.
- Reassigned to Antarctica: After Policy 13 was enacted, most of the Ns were either “retired” or reassigned to the REDACTO Rs project.
- Rod And Reel Repurposed: A valuable tool for fishing. Can also be used as a VERY weak weapon. It would be pretty embarrassing to let yourself be killed by one.
- Slime Girl: A staple in RFCK culture. Having high intelligence for a Slimeoid, they often play the role of ‘wiafus’ and Mr. Fanservice. There is even a brothel in the Green Light District run by slime girls.
- Kabrikon was known as the Hugh Heffner of slime girls, but has since settled with his Slime Wife, EsEs.
- Take Overthe City: Being a greedy Multi-billion dollar corporation, Slime-Corp has spent years to monopolize the slime market. This eventually evolves into an attempt create a corporatized totalitarian regime by enslaving Endless War.
- Both gangs fight each other for the ultimate goal of tagging the entire city.
- Dr. Downpour wants to turn the entire populace into Shamblers, zombies created by the Bicarbonate Soda Rain.
- Taking You with Me: The mutation Spontaneous Combustion causes you to explode upon death, damaging everyone in the district.
- Enraged by his “Friend’s” betrayal, N1 blows himself up, permanently killing Sherman and taking a huge chunk out of the Moon.
- The Mole: Killer K.1.P. is unusually paranoid of spies trying to infiltrate the Cathedral. What for? Killer Secrets of course! What are Killer Secrets? What are you, some kind of SPY?!
- N5 has secretly been working against Slime-Corp after she found out N1’s evil plan.
- Totalitarian Utilitarian: N3 has a misguided dream of creating a city free of crime. Unfortunately, this includes a corporatized dictatorship, political assassinations and censorship. Is responsible for a universal swear jar that fines everyone who dares says a naught word.
- Utility Weapon: Fishing rods, Pickaxes, and farming tools are used for resource gathering. In a pinch can be used as weapon.
- Wretched Hive: Many parts of N.L.A.C.a.k.a.N.M. are ghettos and slums filled with the impoverished and disenfranchised. Juvie’s Row is a giant shanty town surrounding giant strip mines. West Glocksbury is a ghetto overrun by small time gang bangers. And Jayswalker Plains is a neighbor sized park populated by homeless and drug addicts.
- Yakuza: The Yellow Yakuza. A minor gang who specializes in street racing and being Japanese. Their former Daiymo was Retro Gamer Kevin, but have been leaderless since his banishment.
