Hollowbody is an upcoming sci-fi third-person Survival Horror game independently produced by solo developer Nathan Hamley of Headware Games (also known for Chasing Static)
Inspired by classic survival horror games from the 2000s and set in a dystopic near-future Britain, players assume the role of Mica, a unlicensed courier (referred in-universe as a "shipper") working in the black market. What starts out as a normal job for her one day, her hover vehicle suddenly malfunctions, causing Mica to crash into the exclusion zone of her region. Waking in the wreckage of her vehicle, our protagonist must now hone her survival skills to the limit if she's to escape and make it home.
Originally funded on Kickstarter and set to be fully released in December 2023. The game
has a demo that was made available February 4, 2024 and is now scheduled to make its debut sometime in the same year.

- Crapsack World: The game is set in a dystopic version of Britain with a walled off exclusion zone being a regular fly-over point for Mica's jobs that was erected after an event known as The Collapse
- Explorer Horror: The game can become this thanks to an accessibility option that'll be included with the game.
- Expy: Attire-wise, Mica looks like a Gender Flip version of Leon Kennedy with the looks of Heather Mason and the motivations of Elster.
- Fixed Camera: Has a combination of these and the more dynamic variety.
- Hell Is That Noise: The enemies have a combination of this and Vader Breath. According to Hamley, this is because they are bio-mechanical in nature and have random growths on their bodies that affect their breathing.
- I Will Find You: The main crux of the plot is about Mica seeking to find her girlfriend, Sasha in the exclusion zone.
- Multiple Endings: Downplayed; depending on certain actions Mica takes, the player will be able to see several different variants of the game's ending.
- New Game Plus: The game will have this after the player completes it for the first time.
- One-Word Title: Hollowbody with no spaces.
- Save Point: Using phones scattered through the city allow for saving the game.
- Story Breadcrumbs: Mica can pick up various documents and past conversations that can transmitted via her portable radio related to the exclusion zone and those who lived there before the Collapse.
