This mod contains the following tropes:

  • And Now for Someone Completely Different: Week 2 features Indy as the playable protagonist, with her story taking place immediately after her and Tossler's breakup.
  • Art Shift: Partway through "Fix The Broken" after Tossler plays a multi-colored guitar after manifesting it out of nowhere, the characters appearances suddenly shifts to different sprite swap designs from other mods. From Corrupted, to pixelated, to HD, and Minus.
  • Ass Shove: Implied by Tossler when questioning where Boyfriend keeps an extra microphone on hand.
  • Cover Version: Hellclown is featured as a Freeplay exclusive song, but instead with Tossler playing the guitar against Tricky.
  • Combat Pragmatist: The participants of Week 2's singing competition don't seem to play fair at all. Indy herself attacks the first opponent via yellow notes, the second opponent attacking Indy much like what she did first, and the third opponent attaches a mind-manipulation device to force her to sing alongside him while also recovering health in the process.
  • Deuteragonist: At least for the first week, Tossler is practically the protagonist of the story rather than Boyfriend, who's the Player Character like usual.
  • It's All About Me: Indy's mentality and the driving force of her plotline, searching for a potential sponsorship in hopes of reaching fame and glory, along with the consequences of her hubris nearly getting her killed. Indy's intro cutscene sums it up when Tossler announces his breakup, she's more upset that he dumped her of all people, complete with inexplicable arrows pointing at her to highlight her words. Tossler even notes in the final cutscene how she became much more egotistical later on in their relationship. As evident by her calling her ex to make amends and even meeting up in "Reconnect," she's moving past this.
  • Mood Whiplash: A light fixture falls and crush Tossler courtesy of some reckless shooting from the guards present. All that right after he earned a cheering crowd for his performance and he, BF and GF were about to take a group photo. Shortly after BF, GF and the cameraman stare in shock at the severe injury does Tossler angrily remind them to help.
    Tossler: CALL AN AMBULANCE ALREADY!
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: Delivered by Boyfriend while he hands over a microphone to Tossler after the latter breaks his guitar in "Real Deal".
  • Shout-Out:
