Dragon Knight is a 2D Beat 'em Up with Rogue Like elements such as randomly generated equipment, developed and published by Sakura Game. An Early Access build was released for Steam on November 23, 2016, with sporadic updates and bug fixes across the next few years, with a full release in mid-February 2018. However, at the request of the publisher, this game is no longer available on Steam as of February 24, 2022.

Not to be confuse with the old H-game JRPG series of the same name.

This game uses the following Tropes:

  • The Ageless: The young-looking Lily, as well as her fellow elves, are stated to be immortal.
  • "Blind Idiot" Translation: Though the English translation improved over time, there are still numerous errors, such as occasionally mixing up Health and Stamina.
  • Eye Scream: A female samurai loses an eye when she rushes in to fight a Plumebloom dragon.
  • Fanservice: The game features various CGs of the characters in enticing circumstances; one used to advertise the game on Steam is the Phantom Captain (named Lily in the full release) dealing with monster wasp stings on her posterior.
  • Jack of All Trades: San can wield various types of weaponry, including swords, bows, and hammers.
  • Little Bit Beastly: San's ears resemble a dragon's.
  • Spirit Advisor: Bennet, the Dark Knight that guides San on her journey.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: Bennet is responsible for the destruction of Dragon Eyre city eons ago, but claims that it was already a powder keg ready to burst, and wanted to avoid the rest of the world getting caught in the fallout.
