In "What Would Happen If You Vote for the "Other Guy"", the President declares his first act as president is to fire all of the US's nukes onto everyone before he even gives the Oath of Office. He doesn't even give a reason, just a list of places he wants to drop them on, including Atlantis and the US itself.
