If Niko refuses Jimmy Pegorino's request to take part in a lucrative drug deal and kills Dmitri Rascalov along the way, Pegorino becomes upset at his betrayal and soon arrives at Roman's wedding to kill Niko only to end up killing his girlfriend Kate instead.
