A wash basin *slash* toilet

When Wonka enters his room at the Boarding House, there are already four buckets on the floor to catch the water coming down from the leaky ceiling. The overhead light is flickering, his bed collapses when he sinks down on it, the wash basin also functions as a toilet and there's no warm water coming from the tap.
