Guilty of something else

Amanda Wagner was horrified after Chuck Murray tried to rape her in a traffic stop in 1995. When she found out that he's a known rapist and one of the victims didn't want to go to court, she planted drugs on him to make sure he goes away on drug charges. Will is pissed at her for doing it, but Amanda insists that she sleeps better that he can't hurt other women.
