"Tropes that describe me":
- Attention Whore: I LOVE people and am always eager to make new friends all the time, though sometimes I'm more enthusiastic then required.
- Attention Deficit Creator Disorder: Get this, I'm currently in the middle of writing a genderbend of The Hobbit and yet I still have at least five different ideas in my head, three of which are alternate ideas for one story.
- Ascended Fanboy:
- I follow Travis Beacham, Elizabeth Banks and Kiernan Shipka on Tumblr. My reaction to discovering them was as expected.
- One of my biggest dreams came true at Florida Supercon where I met Caitlin Glass, Vic Mignogna and Dameon Clarke, the stars of Fullmetal Alchemist and they said they'd love to see a crossover fic between that and The Hobbit.
- I follow Travis Beacham
- Acceptable Professional Targets: I was surprised to find people were actually okay with me critizing Ridley Scott in my review of Exodus: Gods and Kings. They even said they loved seeing me rip him and his work to shreds.
- Berserk Button: Do not, I repeat, DO NOT call any of my characters gay or lesbians. In fact just don't bring up LGBT stuff or ultra-feminist stuff in general. Trust me.
- Don't bring up Frank Miller or Ridley Scott around me either. It can get very ugly to say the least.
- Brutal Honesty: If you ever ask me to be honest, just a forewarning, I'm very much this trope.
- Cloud Cuckoolander: This is me full stop. Then again I have aspergers so this is to be expected.
- Crack Ship: I specialize in these.
- Crossover Ship: My other specialty. My ships include this and this. And I have loads more.
- Crossover: One of my favorite genres to write and almost all my fanfics are this.
- Deadpan Snarker: Yeah I guess I'm this.
- Dude, Not Funny!: My reaction to rape being treated as comedy or being told that porn isn't harmful, especially the latter considering I suffer a porn addiction.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: My biggest fault. Though I'm learning to control it and thankfully I've never actually hit anyone.
- Loads And Loads Of Characters: This has a tendency to happen in my stories.
- Nice Guy: Despite my many Berserk Button, I can actually be very nice and pleasant to be around. I'm especially kind to my commentors.
- Named After Someone Famous: I'm named after the disciple Nathanael from The Bible.
- One Of Us: To say I'm a film nerd is an understatement. I LOVE the works of Stanley Kubrick, Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese and many more. I'm also a big TV nerd, with me being fans of Downton Abbey, Call the Midwife, Frasier and Arrested Development.
- The works of Walt Disney, The Muppets and J. R. R. Tolkien are my childhood. I'll just leave it at that.
- I'm also a massive fan of Atop The Fourth Wall and of this awesome guy.
- Old Shame: Everything I wrote before this fanfic. I get visibly embarrassed whenever my old stuff (most of which was actually original stuff) is brought up. My Harry Potter fanfics were so badly recieved (justified as they were poorly written and paced) that I actually deleted ALL OF THEM. This is partly why I'm going to re-write all my old original stories, now that my writing has improved vastly.
- Pen Name: I think it's safe to say Jabberwocky1996 is not my real name.
- Plot Bunny: Most, if not all, my stories develop from these.
- Period Piece: I ADORE Old Hollywood and tons of period dramas like Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice.
- Real Men Love Jesus: I'm a devout Christian.
- Shrinking Violet: I used to be this when I was younger and I still have shades of this even today.
- What If?: Love these kind of fics.
