King Kaor: A majestic creature, who thrives off of animation, cheap vodka, and hentai. Not much is known about this glourious beast, other than that he was a well-known member of the Neo Toonami crew, and is partially involved with Durarara Abridged (and by that, we mean he's one of the 10 people who watches it).
