- In episodes 10-14, Uchuuta was voiced by Toshio Furukawa, whereas in the rest of the show he was voiced by Katsuji Mori. (Furukawa also voiced Kappei's nemesis, Shingo Kozuki.) Furukawa became Banpresto's go to voice actor for Uchuuta in Super Robot Wars starting with Z, despite Nobutoshi Canna being cast in the role for Impact and A Portable.

- She Also Did: Yes, that is the longtime voice actress of the title character in Doraemon voicing Kappei.
- Referenced by...: It occasionally gets featured in Super Robot Wars, where it usually has a high chance to appear together with its Spiritual Successor Daitarn 3 (in fact it can't seem to exist without Daitarn in SRW), thus they could do combination attacks together. This, however, is mostly offset with the lessening of its brutal nature and child abuse. Its appearance in Super Robot Wars Z rectifies this to a degree, by showing how the abuse takes its toll. But it still (barely) avoids the "Everybody Dies" Ending.
