• Cross-Dressing Voices: Widget, Kevin, Brian, Ratchet and Half-Pint are all male characters who are voiced by women.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The only official home releases were five VHS tapes with two episodes each; Only 10 of 65 episodes. Along with those not being too easy to find, there hasn't been any official DVD or digital release, leaving anyone who wants to see the whole series to really have to dig for it.
• Science Marches On - In one episode, red kangaroos are said to be an endangered species. That was true when it aired in 1990. Thankfully, they were removed from the list of endangered and threatened species in 1995, and are currently thriving.
