• Creator Breakdown: Due to the time consuming nature of machinima, this is bound to happen.
  • Tigura suffered this during editing for Smash King's 13th episode, mainly due to the exhaustive amount of editing and filming fight scene after fight scene. He admits he came close to quitting on the series, but persevered due to not wanting to let the fans down.
  • Angelglory: with two series under his belt and both stagnant (Tales of Advent had long since been cancelled, and Tales of Exodus lingered at only one episode), he decided to call it quits in a Tear Jerker video. He decided not to give up after all, admitting that he tried to tackle too much at once and would seek help from his friends in continuing Tales of Exodus.
• Development Hell: Although it is acknowledged that making a good machinima take time and some people lack that free time, some of their machinima series haven't seen an update in quite awhile. The only one that's seen completion is Silver Crisis (albeit as a Visual Novel), with Smash King in second (it just recently finished its second act).
