• Playing Against Type: In the second season, Gwendoline Christie, known for her charismatic Action Girl roles, plays a female cop who is neurotic, a bit bumbling, downtrodden by her married boyfriend, and desperately wanting a child. She is also ambushed and seriously injured by a suspect.
• Significant Double Casting: It's easy to miss, but Steve (who is only heard as a voice over the phone) and Pyke are both played by Ewen Leslie.
