• Friendship on the Set: The four main actresses became best friends in real life. It helps that they also attended each other's weddings.
• Real-Life Relative: Bridget and her father are played by daughter Blake Lively and father Ernie Lively.
• Throw It In: For the cliff-jumping scene in the second film the actresses were supposed to jump in pairs and, given how long it would take to re-set, they only had one shot at it. Blake Lively and Alexis Bledel went simultaneously as planned but Amber Tamblyn ended up jumping alone after America Ferrara chickened out at the last second. Lively and Bledel can be heard laughing as the initially oblivious Tamblyn realizes what happened and they all end up coaxing a still-reluctant Ferrara into finally jumping.
