• Acting for Two: Josh Keller does the voices of the Narrator, the Deer Man, and the EMT rescue guy.
• Trans Character, Cis Actor: Cisgender actress Kellie Holway voices J.J. in the dream world, while cisgender actor Steve Wiley voices her in the real world (where she's still boymoding).
• Two Voices, One Character: J.J. is voiced by Kellie Holway throughout the game, but at the end of the game, and in the post-game content, the developers had actor Steve Wiley voice her pre-transition real-world self.
