• Box Office Bomb: The film only had a budget of £30,000, yet still flopped.
• Completely Different Title:
  • France: That's Life!.
  • Hungarian: Keep Going!.

• DVD Commentary: With Carry On historian Robert Ross talking to producer Peter Rogers.
• Follow the Leader: Peter Rogers decided to do a tribute to Carry On after seeing MGM's successful compilation That's Entertainment!
• What Could Have Been:
  • Peter Rogers had hoped to make a second Carry On Clip Show after this one, but it never came to fruition.
  • The film's first rough cut ran six hours due to the sheer amount of scenes from the previous films that editor Jack Gardner and director Gerald Thomas wanted to include.
• Working Title: The Best of Carry On, which was dropped for two reasons - because Peter Rogers didn't want a second Clip Show to have to be called The Second Best of Carry On, and because he thought "The Best" was too subjective to be used.
• Written by Cast Member: Kenneth Williams and Barbara Windsor altered a lot of the script to make it more workable.
