- Acting for Two:
- More like acting for three but Makiko Ohmoto voices not just the Kirbies, but also Parallel Susie and Pres. Parallel Susie.
- The series' general director, Shinya Kumazaki, provides uncredited voice work for King Dedede (through the stickers) and King D-Mind.
- Composer Hirokazu Ando does uncredited voice work for both Magolor and Taranza.
- Blooper: When Kirby exhales after floating, his tongue is not colored in, instead appearing pure black. This appears to be a texturing error unique to this game.
- Multiple Languages, Same Voice Actor: The ending song "Green Tree Memories from Kirby" is sung by Natsumi Iwaide in both English and Japanese.
- Role Reprise: Banjo Ginga, who originally voiced Nightmare in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, provides Parallel Nightmare's voice clips in Super Kirby Clash.
- Surprise Release: Much like its predecessor, Super Kirby Clash was announced during a Nintendo Direct broadcast and subsequently released the same day shortly after the Direct ended.
