• Accidentally-Correct Writing: The story is set after the events of the Darksiders games and works within the context that the Charred Council was corrupt. Fast forward years later to the release of Darksiders III, and it's revealed that they were always corrupt and were the true masterminds behind the End War.
• Schedule Slip: The story's updates are rather infrequent, to the point where it took years for the story to reach three chapters. Chaos Productions later admitted that the reason for this was because the story's style (large 40-50k chapters) ultimately burned him out. He later divided the story into smaller chapters to make it more manageable.
