• One-Episode Wonder: Soulja Boy: The Animated Series only lasted one episode.
• Two-Hit Wonder:
  • Many people wished — no, prayed that "Crank That" would be his only hit, but "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" came along and was a hit as well.
  • He had three other top 40 hits, though. "Soulja Girl" entered the top 40 while "Crank That" was still at the top of the charts, but this song is quite forgotten now. "Turn My Swag On" was memorable enough to be covered by Cher Lloyd on The X Factor.
• Vapor Ware: The anime about him that he claimed would come out was announced in 2010. It hasn't materialized since. Although it's possible that it evolved into The Animated Series.
