• Anime First: An original anime project; the manga adaptation started after the anime began and was more of a way to promote the anime.
• Died During Production/Swan Song: Biff would end up being one of Ginzo Matsuo's last roles ^note along with Captain (now Vice Admiral) Smoker from One Piece and Officer Taizo Kotobuki from Super Gals and he would pass away on 25 August 2001, three months before the show ended.
• Directed by Cast Member: Kirk Thornton was the voice director for the dub in addition to voicing both Urizane and the Narrator.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Was one of the shows that was distributed by Bandai Entertainment before the company ceased production entirely. Although the show has since been picked up by Sentai Filmworks, a DVD rerelease is still pending. Finally averted after Discotek Media acquired the license from Sentai, with a Blu-Ray released in April 2021.
• The Other Darrin:
  • The middle Tokonatsu sister was voiced by Melissa Fahn in her first appearance before Julie Ann Taylor took over for the remainder of her appearances.
  • On the Japanese end of things, Biff was originally voiced by Ginzo Matsuo but due to his abovementioned passing, he was replaced by Bin Shimada in his final appearance and was again replaced by Cho for the Alteration movies.
