- Blooper: In the first two issues, Ratchet's Omniwrench was mistakenly designed to look like the Omniwrench 3000 (albeit with a blue neck). By the fourth issue it was corrected to the Millennium 12 model he's been carrying since Quest for Booty.
- Channel Hop: A minor example — The miniseries was initially published under DC Comics' WildStorm imprint for issues 1 - 4, with DC itself taking over publishing duties for Issues 5 and 6 as well as the trade paperback.
- Development Gag: The titles for issues 2 ("Friends With Benefits"), 5 ("Multiple Organisms"), and 6 ("Bros Before Foes") were all titles that were considered for Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the then upcoming game in the series.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: The comic has been out of print for years, and physical copies of the individual issues and especially the trade paperback are slowly but surely escalating in price. The digital versions are still available, but only on a handful of digital storefronts.
