• Ascended Fanon: Primal Palkia makes its debut in this story alongside Primal Dialga.
• Throw It In!: During the "Plasma" arc, Ghetsis forces Peter Parker onto an evidence hunt, and manipulates it to frame Absol, in a matter similar to the Queen of Hearts pulling the same trick on Sora in Kingdom Hearts. This was added in when MysZorua was playing the game in July 2018, and got Donald and Goofy framed.
• What Could Have Been: The tale was originally going to be called the "Disney Villain Uprising" and focus on such villains (and Neyla). Elements of the original version have found their way into this version.
