• What Could Have Been: SNK almost designed a character for the game if not for the fact that it lost a bet. The story goes that Evoga CEO was challenged by SNK to beat their best player within the company at KOF. Should Torres lose, SNK would design a character for the game, should he win, they would instead design a character in Torres' honor for KOF. Torres won, which led to the creation of Angel.
