• Hey, It's That Sound!: When you unlock the full Pichu Bros. short and watch it on a projector, the "End of Day" jingle from Hey You, Pikachu! plays.
• Prop Recycling: Animations and sounds from Hey You, Pikachu! are all over the place.
  • Some of the Pokémon models and animations are ported directly from the Pokémon Stadium series up to this game.
• Saved from Development Hell: The majority of part 5 of Party Panic! is a remake of the Nintendo GameCube tech demo "Meowth's Party".^note Which is actually the name of the 7th Japanese ending theme of the TV series. The tech demo is based on the ending sequence the song plays on.
• Technology Marches On: Most of the TVs sport an antenna or have something that acts as one. However, televisions manufactured at the time the game was released generally stopped sporting them.
