  • Casting Gag: Nikki Simmons is possibly most well known for singing several songs in Cytus II associated with the story's in-universe Idol Singer, PAFF, who performs mostly in virtual space. In this game, she not only sings the Image Song for a Virtual Idol but also voices her.
  • The Danza: Joey shares his first name with his voice actor.
  • Fan Nickname:
    • Some fans have jokingly called Yinu's mother (who is not named) "Karen" after the stock internet alias, due to her questionable parental skills and Jerkass behavior.

    • None of the members of 1010 are named, but the fandom has managed to give them names by deciphering the signatures seen in the game: Rin (white), Eloni (green), Zimelu (red), Haym (yellow), and Purl-hew (blue).
  • International Co Production: Between the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Malaysia. The game is also voice acted in multiple languages.
  • I Knew It!: Quite a few fans guessed that Tatiana would turn out to be Kul Fyra, alongside Kliff's antagonistic role in the endgame.
  • Multiple Languages, Same Voice Actor:
    • Joey Bizinger voices his cameo character in both English and Japanese.
    • Maxime "Sora" Cohen voices Amal the Unicorn in the language tracks for English, French, and Japanese.
  • Production Posse: Andy Tunstall, Falk Au Yeong, James Landino, and Funk Fiction are the game's main composers. All four of them previously worked on Spark the Electric Jester and its sequel as well as two Sonic the Hedgehog fan gamesnote .

  • Relationship Voice Actor: Both Ayane Sakura and Jun Fukuyama (the JP dub voice actors of Mayday and Zuke) are Miyamoto Musashi and Shi Huang Di from Fate/Grand Order.
  • Spoiled by the Merchandise: One of the soundtrack songs, "Vs. Tatiana", was accidentally released a month prior to the launch of the game before being taken down from official music sites; the song not only revealed Tatiana is a boss in the game, but the song has a rock motif, which gave credence to the ultimately confirmed theory that Tatiana was Kul Fyra.
  • Talking to Himself: In all languages, the members of 1010 share a voice actor with Neon J, their creator and manager.
  • The Wiki Rule: It's got one.
