• Development Gag: In one scene, a Pinkie clone mouths Twilight's words so it looks like they're coming out of the clone instead of Twilight. Tara Strong was originally going to voice Pinkie Pie before she was landed the role of Twilight.
• What Could Have Been: A pair of scenes cut for time started with the hoard of Pinkie's invading and tearing down Rarity's boutique. Furious at them, Rarity tried to argue what it would have been like if she wrecked Sugarcube Corner to the Pinkies. Rarity would have then tried to take down Sugarcube Corner herself, ineffectively (and which Tabitha St. Germain was said to have made some of the best exacerbated horse whining noises for this). Though Rarity failed, the Pinkies would have later come and wrecked Sugarcube Corner themselves.
