• Referenced by...: Enemy Coast Ahead is a memoir by Guy Gibson, leader of the bombing raid made famous by The Dam Busters. In it, he refers to two of the raid planners as "Mutt" and "Jeff". It was written during the war, and he didn't use their real names for reasons of secrecy.
