• Creator Backlash: If Jesse doesn't like a project, he will make his opinions known on camera.
  • During the episode where they combine a PT Cruiser with a woodchipper, he repeatedly disses the car and the project saying it was Hollywood executives thinking something was cool when it wasn't.
  • He had the same reaction during the DeLorean/hovercraft episode. The fact that the car wasn't running when they brought it in was just one of the reasons he walked out of the planning session. Needless to say, this was one of the builds that failed.
  • One later episode had the crew modify a tractor to roll crop circles. Instead of the usual episode ending challenge, Jesse took it out to the desert to blow it up. His reasoning was that it was a stupid project from the beginning.
