• Screwed by the Lawyers: According to Richard Stanley, David Thewlis couldn't take part in the documentary for legal reasons. As such, he's not even mentioned by name despite playing the protagonist. Given that Thewlis hated the production so much he's never even seen the finished product, it's debatable if he'd have wanted to participate even if he could have.
• What Could Have Been: When being interviewed on a podcast, Ron Perlman said that he declined being part of this documentary because he didn't want to say anything negative because he didn't know everything that happened between the fallout between Richard Stanley and New Line Cinema. He did say that for the short amount of time that they had, he loved working with Stanley and wished that he could've stayed on the project.
