- Cast the Expert: Judges Amy Corbett and Jamie Berard have worked at Lego for many years before the series started. Amy Corbett is a senior design manager for the company while Jamie Berard oversees the Lego Creator Expert and Lego Architecture lines.
- In Memoriam: The 2022 Christmas Bricktacular was dedicated to the memory of Leslie Jordan. He was one of the celebrity guests but died in a car accident between filming and air time.
- Schedule Slip:
- Like Season 1 before it, Season 2 started out with new episodes premiering on Tuesday nights, every week. Unlike Season 1, however, starting with episode 4, this abruptly changed to episodes premiering every other Tuesday night. The advertisements didn't reflect this change in scheduling, as they kept announcing new episodes on "Tuesdays", with no indication that it was airing every other Tuesday. This was partially due to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games (which were delayed a year) airing at the same time, and by episode 7, the show has returned to airing every Tuesday.
- The third season was initially announced to premiere in May of 2022, but it was pushed back to September of the same year for unknown reasons.
- The Other Darrin: In the Star Wars episode, Chris Bartlett plays and voices C-3PO instead of Anthony Daniels.
