• The Cast Showoff: Mira Aroyo being Bulgarian is shown in various songs being sung in Bulgarian.
• Dye Hard: Helen Marnie dons black hair for their first four albums, she then switches to brown hair for their best of compilation album, Gravity the Seducer and her first solo album (save for going blonde for her third single "Wolves"). Finally she swaps to grey hair for her second solo album and Ladytron's self-titled album.
• The Pete Best: Lisa Eriksson (now part of Techno Squirrels) sang on their first song, "He Took Her to a Movie". She sounds so much like Helen Marnie (helped by the fact the the song features some Mira Aroyo-sounding backing vocals from what appears to be Eriksson again) that most people (even Pitchfork in their 604 review) assume it's Marnie and Aroyo singing.
• Promoted Fanboy: As it turns out, Hideo Kojima is a BIG fan of Ladytron. He's been promoting their 2023 album Time's Arrow on his social media, and Ladytron themselves have acknowledged him in kind.
