• Executive Meddling: Many felt that the original story petered out towards the end as the creative team was forced by the publisher to tone down the violence to keep 2000 AD's weekly bodycount "under ninety".
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Subverted. Originally, only the original run of Harlem Heroes was reprinted in an Extreme Edition. The later graphic novel release collected the original stories and the Inferno sequel. Even the first of the In Name Only stories got a reprint as one of the mini bagged trades in the Megazine, though it's highly unlikely that Death Sport, Grey Ghost Overflight or Cyborg Death Trip will ever see reprints.
• Schedule Slip: Due to the sheer number of strips Fleisher wrote for 2000 AD in such a relatively short period of time, Cyborg Death Trip didn't see publication until 1995, four years after Fleisher had stopped writing comics.
